Black Hill Rd will be closed on for a second day on Thursday 17th November as the essential works are required to rectify the issues experienced during the heavy rain earlier in the week were unfortunately not completed on Wednesday due to the extent of the issue, therefore Black Hill Road will be closed between between 08:30 – 15:30 and there will be a signed diversion through the Dyneley Arms junction.
