Organisers of the Rob Burrow Leeds Marathon and Litter Free Leeds are seeking help with collecting water bottles from runners after the water stations along the marathon route on Sunday 10th May. The marathon starts at 9.00am with runners coming out and back through Bramhope.
Below is a list of all the drink station locations, the two in Bramhope are A660 Leeds Road / Wynmore Ave, LS16 9AN and A660 Leeds Road, LS16 8BQ (Entrance to Golden Acre Park Tea Room)
If you would like to go along and help, it doesn’t need to be all day, just whatever you are able to do, please go to the drinks station and ask them to supply their purple bin bags to collect in. The bags can then be left by the side of the road for LCC to collect.
