When does the Parish Council meet?
Members of the public are welcome to attend Full Council and Committee meetings.
A schedule of Full Parish Council Meetings and Village Maintenance Committee meetings can be found on the website and the noticeboards at The Parade, Breary Lane, Carlton and Bramhope Village Hall. Agendas for the meetings are displayed on the Parish Council noticeboard at The Parade on Breary Lane, the noticeboard at Robert Craven Memorial Hall and on the website.
Notification of the date and agenda of all meetings, including those committees that meet on an ad-hoc basis (Planning, Finance & Administration) are displayed on the Parish Council noticeboard at The Parade on Breary Lane, the noticeboard at Bramhope Village Hall and on the website a minimum of three working days prior to the meeting.
Annual Meeting of the Parish Council and Annual Parish Meeting
Due to current legislation relating to the power given to Parish Councils to hold remote meetings during the Coronavirus pandemic expiring on 7th May 2021, and indoor face to face meetings for more than 6 not allowed until after 21st June 2021 the Parish Council has resolved to hold both the Annual Meeting of the Parish Council and a short Annual Parish Meeting on Wednesday 5th May at 7.00pm. The purpose of the Annual Parish Meeting will be to approve the minutes of the Annual Parish Meeting held in 2019 and to agree to hold a face to face public meeting later in the year on a date to be confirmed.

Please note that due to the ongoing situation regarding the Coronavirus and rules relating to social distancing all meetings will be taking place via video conferencing. Members of the public are welcome to attend those meetings and comment at the start of the meeting in the normal way. If you wish to have access to the meeting joining information can be found on the relevant agenda below. Full Parish Council Meetings
The Parish council meets on the fourth Wednesday of each month (except December) at 7:00pm at Bramhope Village Hall, Old Lane. (N.B. meetings are currently held via Zoom)

Village Maintenance Committee
The Village Maintenance Committee meets on the second Tuesday* of each month at 6.00pm at Bramhope Village Hall, Old Lane. (N.B. meetings are currently held via Zoom)

Planning Committee
Planning meetings are arranged on an ad-hoc basis, usually every 3 – 4 weeks.
Notification of the date and agenda will be displayed on the Parish Council noticeboard at The Parade on Breary Lane, the noticeboard at Bramhope Village Hall and on the website a minimum of three working days prior to the meeting. Finance & Administration Committee
The Finance & Administration Committee meets on an ad-hoc basis, approximately 6 times per year. The agenda for the next meeting can be found below.

Personnel Committee
The Personnel Committee meets on an ad-hoc basis during the year. The content of the meetings is not for public release. The date of the next meeting is 16th March 2021 at 7.15pm.
