Bramhope & Carlton Parish Council will be holding it’s annual Civic Carol Service on Monday 8th December 2025 at 8.00 pm. (Doors open at 7.45 pm) at The Puritan Chapel, Leeds Road, Bramhope, LS16 9JJ, (adjacent to the Britannia Hotel)
The village carol service takes place in the unique atmosphere of the Puritan Chapel.
Reverend Matt Broughton and Reverend Wendy Walker will lead the service with musical contributions from the St Giles organist and choir, St Giles band and readings by the Parish Councillors.
The service will be followed by the traditional mulled wine, soft drinks and mince pies in St Giles Church Hall.
The retiring collection will be donated to fund consumables for Bramhope defibrillators.
Donations will be ring-fenced by Public Access Defibrillators, a local voluntary organisation, who ensure the defibrillators are rescue ready, which includes the purchase and installation of consumables.
If you are travelling by car, please be advised that the Britannia now charges to park for more than 20 minutes.
We look forward to welcoming residents of Bramhope & Carlton to this annual festive event.
