Planning

The Parish Council receives copies of all planning applications relating to Bramhope and Carlton.  Each application is considered by the Planning Group of the Council and comments on the application submitted to Leeds City Council.  The Parish Council has no statutory authority with regards to planning applications and can only make observations.  The final decision on any application rests with Leeds City Council’s planning department.

Details of the next Planning Committee Meeting can be found on the Agendas & Minutes Page

The Parish Council is no longer supplied with paper plans for most planning applications but plans can be viewed on the Leeds City Council website.

The Parish Council is not able to offer any advice regarding planning applications.

See comments submitted by the Parish Council and the outcome of recent applications.
