When does the Parish Council meet?
Members of the public are welcome to attend Full Council and Committee meetings.
The Annual Village Meeting for 2026 will take place on Wednesday 20th May 2026 at Bramhope Village Hall, Old Lane, Bramhope, Leeds, LS16 9AZ. Details of the agenda will be published nearer the time.
A schedule of meetings May 2025 to April 2026 of Full Parish Council Meetings and Village Maintenance Committee meetings can be found on the website and the noticeboards at The Parade, Breary Lane, Carlton and Bramhope Village Hall. Agendas for the meetings are displayed on the Parish Council noticeboard at The Parade on Breary Lane, the noticeboard at Robert Craven Memorial Hall and on the website.
Notification of the date and agenda of all meetings, including those committees that meet on an ad-hoc basis (Planning, Finance & Administration) are displayed on the Parish Council noticeboard at The Parade on Breary Lane, the noticeboard at Bramhope Village Hall and on the website a minimum of three working days prior to the meeting.
Full Parish Council Meetings
The Parish council meets on the fourth Wednesday of each month (except December when there is no meeting and in 2026 the June meeting will be held on 17th June) at 7:00pm at Bramhope Village Hall, Old Lane, Bramhope, LS16 9AZ unless otherwise specified.

Village Maintenance Committee
The Village Maintenance Committee meets 7 or 8 times per year at 6.00pm at Bramhope Village Hall, Old Lane.

Planning Committee
Planning Committee Meetings take place before the Full Parish Council meeting, which is usually the fourth Wednesday of the month. Additional meetings may be arranged on an ad-hoc basis in order to submit comments in the time frame required by Leeds City Council.
Notification of the date and agenda will be displayed on the Parish Council noticeboard at The Parade on Breary Lane, the noticeboard at Bramhope Village Hall and on the website a minimum of three working days prior to the meeting. The comments made by the Parish Council on applications can be found in the minutes of each meeting or on the Planning section of Leeds City Council website
The next meeting of the Planning Committee Meeting will be on Wednesday 25th March 2026 at 6.15pm at Bramhope Village Hall, Old Lane, Bramhope, Leeds, LS16 9AZ.

Finance & Administration Committee
The Finance & Administration Committee meets on an ad-hoc basis, approximately 4 times per year. The agenda for the next meeting can be found below.

Personnel Committee
The Personnel Committee meets on an ad-hoc basis during the year. The content of the meetings is not for public release.
